As the developer, owner and operator of one of the UK’s largest portfolios of decentralised, flexible power stations across England and Wales, we convert natural gas into electricity to supply rapid-response power to the grid during periods of increased demand. Rising to local and national challenges in times of unpredictable needs, our sites address the intermittency of renewables during periods of limited sunlight or low wind speeds.
The energy we generate from our network keeps the lights on for local businesses and customers, with each of our 20MW units capable of powering around 60,000 homes for an hour.
