About SSC
SSC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, with a legacy of delivering high-impact, complex projects for over forty years across Singapore. SSC also provides solutions for Integrated Facilities Management for specialised facilities and infrastructures that require expertise beyond standard building management services.
SSC's strength is amplified through its wholly-owned design and engineering consultancy subsidiary, Sembcorp Architects & Engineers (SCAE) licensed under the Architects Act, Professional Engineers Act, and Land Surveyors Act. As a Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Panel 1 (Unlimited) consultancy firm, SCAE provides comprehensive services including architecture, master planning, engineering, quantity surveying, project management, and land surveying.
Led by a dedicated team of in-house professionals across SSC and SCAE, we offer end-to-end capabilities spanning the entire BE—from design and consultancy to construction and facility management. This integrated approach enables us to deliver projects with design excellence, technical precision, and operational reliability, meeting the highest standards of quality and performance.
Our Credentials
SSC is registered with BCA of Singapore as an A1 contractor, enabling us to tender for public sector construction projects with no value limit. Our core registration categories include:
