The Areas We Serve
We are the public waste collector appointed by the National Environment Agency (NEA) to serve the City-Punggol and Clementi-Bukit Merah sectors. Our dedicated drivers and crews serve approximately 440,000 domestic and trade premises within these areas. Ensuring the well-being of our staff and the community is our top priority. We hold certifications in ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and ISO9001:2015, and have attained the Progressive Wage Mark and bizSAFE Level Star accreditations.
Types of Collections
Recyclables
Many of the items found at home can be recycled. Always ensure that your recyclables are clean and dry before you place them in the recycling bins to prevent contamination.
Garden Waste
Garden waste is collected on a fixed day each week, including public holidays, separate from recyclables. A dedicated garden waste collection truck handles this collection.
Bulky Waste
The collection of bulky waste in private estates such as unwanted furniture and mattresses are not included in our regular refuse collection. You may reach out to us separately for bulky waste removal services.
ezi Recycling
A key sustainability initiative for households is our ‘ezi’ mobile application with engagement-based programmes to encourage and incentivise household recycling. Residents in the City-Punggol and Clementi-Bukit Merah sectors can make use of the ‘ezi’ mobile application to locate the nearest Cash-For-Trash stations. The app also has other features such as tips on recycling and information on upcoming recyclables collection events.
