The switchover to grid power is seamless and does not require manual intervention. When the solar energy generated is insufficient to meet your consumption load, power will automatically be supplemented from the electrical grid.

Sembcorp Solar owns, operates and maintains the rooftop solar system and sells the solar power to you via the PPA.

Sembcorp Solar will be responsible for operating and maintaining the system. This includes cleaning, checking, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and maximum efficiency.

Sembcorp Solar will meter, track, and report the solar energy produced by the PV system.

Sembcorp Solar guarantees a minimum amount of solar energy based on the rooftop solar system size. You will be compensated if the system fails to deliver the guaranteed minimum energy.

Modifications are generally not required unless specified otherwise. When you contact us for a quote, our solar professionals will conduct a roof condition assessment for you.

It is a highly unlikely scenario. Nonetheless, both parties will be protected by our respective insurance as stipulated in the PPA.

The advisable option would be to novate the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to the next owner/occupant.
