Since the incorporation of Sembcorp Green Infra Limited (SGIL) more than 15 years ago, we have transformed our portfolio in India and achieved significant milestones. We started our solar journey in 2008 and commissioned India’s first Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) auction wind project in 2018. In January 2023, we acquired Vector Green, an independent power producer with renewable power generation assets spread across 13 states. As India continues progressing towards its economic and sustainability goals, we are committed to expanding our renewables portfolio to support one of the fastest growing renewables markets in the world.
