Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) today shared its strategic plan for the Urban business, to establish itself as a leading low-carbon industrial park player in Asia.

By 2028, we aim to expand our land bank to 18,000 hectares and increase our industrial properties to 1.5 million square metres. We also aim to achieve net profit CAGR (2022-2028) of more than 15% and 2028 ROE of 10%.
